Miviso conjured up a million-dollar property from Villa
A dream house in the USA recently changed hands for around 14 million euros thanks to our VR visualization.
They breathe life into an empty property! Photorealistic architectural visualizations (AV) - or, to put it simply, the virtual "trick" with furnishings and decorative items - have become a real guarantee of success in the marketing of apartments and houses. "The use of 360-degree tours, animated videos and virtual real tours is becoming more and more common in real estate marketing," says co-founder and sales manager Danklmaier. "After all, for buyers who are interested in luxury properties, it is usually not the price that is decisive, but the emotions that digital visualizations can convey." Only with the help of a technical set-up can you view properties anywhere and at any time. A villa in Phoenix, Arizona has become a flagship project. The VR visualizations created by Miviso were a key reason for the sale of the property for $15 million.
Enjoy the real sunset from the terrace
"The building has three floors, with a fitness room, billiards table and two-story gallery, and was made interactive in its entirety in photorealistic image quality - both inside, as well as the pool, garden and garages outside," says Danklmaier. If you set the clock to 8 p.m., you can see the sunset on the terrace while the plants in the garden sway in the wind. "You can't get any closer to a tour of real buildings with the current state of the art," enthuses people at Miviso. Incidentally, the package with the VR tour, ten images and a three-minute animated video costs a total of 10,000 euros. With a professional agency, you usually pay more for the animation video alone.
