Miviso offers real estate visualization for virtual reality
Miviso not only offers visualization to B2B customers, but also enables potential buyers to view desired objects with VR glasses.
If we've learned anything in recent years, it's one thing: that we can do almost anything from our sofa or dining table - even view properties. We at Miviso are now coupling this newly accustomed flexibility with virtual reality technology and thus offer our customers the opportunity to view objects as a computer game or in a virtual reality environment. As a specialist for real estate visualizations, we even enable potential buyers to tour properties that are either not yet finished or are too far away.
From a shared room to company expansion
The idea was born by our three co-founders, Michael Danklmaier, Philip Willner and Hanspeter Prieth in 2017. The trio got to know each other while studying architecture at the TU Innsbruck and were already working together on projects in their shared rooms. The friends were able to gain their first entrepreneurial experience after founding their first agency for architectural visualization “Die Pixelstube” in 2013. They quickly realized that the object visualization market needed smart solutions. In 2017 they founded the startup Miviso, which has specialized in the creation of real estate visualizations ever since.
The success of their idea quickly proved itself for the trio. Just two years after their founding, the co-founders were able to announce their expansion throughout the DACH region. With locations in Innsbruck and Moldova, we have already been able to realize over 3,000 projects.
VR glasses, computer games & Co
Our goal is to make it easier for property developers and real estate agents to visualize new projects emotionally. The future living space of potential buyers should be presented as realistically as possible. "For the production of a virtual reality tour, just like with all other visualizations, we only need architect plans and a 360-degree image of the surroundings of the property and in a few weeks it can already be visited virtually from anywhere in the world. “, says Michael Danklmaier, co-founder of Miviso.
In computer game mode, we also enable objects to be displayed over the course of the day and in different lighting moods. Users can not only switch between the facade and design elements of the property at the touch of a button, but also switch from walking mode to bird view. Viewers can also take the tour in VR mode using virtual reality glasses. Miviso wants to give interested parties the feeling of being there. The creation of video sequences and images during the virtual tour is also possible for brokers so that they can show the property to future buyers from all perspectives.
Fixed price for implementation
The virtual tours are to be used especially for holiday properties, exclusive properties and marketing projects over long distances. “On the one hand, it is important to bridge large distances. On the other hand, the protection of privacy on the buyer and seller side also plays a role,” says Danklmaier. At Miviso, we believe that our prices, easy ordering processes and reliable delivery times set us apart from our competitors. Are you curious? Then do not hesitate and contact us today.
